1、业务开发：参与公司内部产品、项目的前后端开发，包括功能迭代、接口开发、页面优化； 2、全栈落地：独立负责简单业务模块，从接口、数据库到前端页面完整开发； 3、问题优化：配合团队进行bug修复、性能优化、数据可视化、简单自动化脚本开发； 4、文档维护：编写开发文档、接口文档，沉淀技术方案，配合产品完成需求落地。 5、工具使用：会使用AI工具进行日常开发。

1、本科及以上，计算机、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业； 2、熟悉基础编程思想，至少掌握一门后端语言（Node.js/Java/Python）； 3、前端基础扎实：HTML + CSS + JavaScript，了解Vue / React 任意一种框架； 4、熟练使用MySQL，懂基础索引、联表查询、简单优化； 5、会使用Git，具备基本协作开发能力，能看懂简单接口文档。

加分项 1、有完整个人项目、课程设计、开源项目、个人博客优先； 2、熟悉Linux、Docker、服务器部署、Nginx配置； 3、了解Redis、MQ等中间件； 4、具备良好自学能力，愿意主动深挖技术，不排斥快速试错。
