1、游戏服务端开发： 在导师指导下，参与游戏后端微服务模块的设计与实现，如用户数据、好友系统、排行榜、活动配置等； 2、数据库设计： 协助完成MySQL/Redis数据表结构设计与优化，编写高效SQL及存储过程； 3、接口联调： 与Unity3D客户端程序员对接网络协议（常用Protobuf/JSON），完成功能自测与联调； 4、性能优化： 参与服务端压力测试、内存分析、接口耗时优化，保证高并发下的稳定性。

1、 2027届本科及以上，计算机相关专业，扎实的计算机基础如操作系统、网络、数据结构等； 2、扎实的Java功底： 熟练掌握Java语法、集合框架、多线程、IO流，了解JVM基本模型和常见垃圾回收算法； 3、具备框架基础： 有Spring Boot / Spring Cloud基础，能独立编写RESTful API或RPC接口； 4、对数据库具备高敏感度： 熟练使用MySQL，掌握索引优化、事务隔离级别等知识；了解Redis的常用数据类型与使用场景； 5、熟悉工具链： 熟练使用Git、Maven/Gradle、Linux常用命令，能够阅读英文技术文档（Stack Overflow、GitHub）； 6、具备游戏高热情： 深度玩过多款网络游戏，对游戏服务端逻辑如匹配、背包、邮件有基本概念。
