1、游戏界面设计： 配合主美、策划与美术团队，完成游戏内UI界面、图标、弹窗、活动页等视觉设计，确保风格统一且符合项目美术定位； 2、设计规范制定： 协助建立和维护UI设计规范如色彩、字体、控件间距、交互状态等，提升团队协作效率； 3、资源落地跟进： 输出切图、标注图或使用Unity UGUI进行界面拼接，与程序配合确保视觉效果完美还原； 4、交互优化： 从用户体验角度提出界面布局、操作流优化建议，参与动效/交互动效设计者优先； 5、竞品分析： 定期分析头部游戏产品的UI/UX趋势，输出设计思考文档，为项目迭代提供灵感。

1、 2027届在读，美术、设计、数字媒体艺术、人机交互等相关专业，有扎实的美术基础； 2、熟练使用各美术软件： 精通Figma、Sketch、Adobe XD、Photoshop、Illustrator等设计工具；会使用Unity 3D进行UGUI搭建者加分； 3、具备佳好的设计思维： 对色彩、排版、材质、光影有良好把控，了解移动端游戏的设计规范与差异； 4、具备优秀的协作与沟通能力： 能清晰阐述设计思路，接受反馈并快速迭代，有团队合作精神； 5、热爱游戏： 至少深入玩过2-3款手游/端游，并关注其UI设计细节。

注：需有作品集： 必须附带个人作品集如游戏UI相关作品，可包含概念设计、已落地项目、Redesign练习等。
