Deine Position

Diese Position beschreibt die Teamleitung des 1KOMMA5° Kassel Vertriebsteams mit direktem Berichtsweg an die Head of Sales des Standortes 1KOMMA5° Göttingen & 1KOMMA5° Kassel.

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien sowie klarer Vertriebsziele im Einklang mit den langfristigen Unternehmenszielen – unter Berücksichtigung von Marktanalysen, Wettbewerbsfaktoren und Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Verantwortung für Auswahl, Aufbau, Schulung und Motivation des Vertriebsteams Hannover und die kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Standortes Hannover auch in Marketingthemen
  • Definition klarer Zielvorgaben, kontinuierliches Performance-Monitoring sowie Unterstützung der 6-8 Teammitglieder bei der Zielerreichung und Entwicklung
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Vertriebsinitiativen, Incentives und Aktionen zur Steigerung von Motivation und Umsatz
  • Analyse von Verkaufszahlen und Markttrends sowie Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Vertriebsperformance
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports zu Umsatz, Verkaufszahlen und weiteren relevanten Vertriebs-KPIs für das Managementteam

Dein Profil

  • Leidenschaft für Führung sowie Erfahrung in der Führung und dem Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte – idealerweise im Umfeld von Batteriespeichern, Photovoltaikanlagen oder Wärmepumpen
  • Kommunikationsstarke, selbstbewusste und überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Arbeit, motivierten Teamführung und sehr guter Lösungskompetenz
  • Hoher Anspruch an die eigene Weiterentwicklung sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Vertriebsprozessen und Ergebnissen
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Begleitung der zu führenden Teammitglieder zu regionalen Kundenterminen
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau in Wort und Schrift (C2)
