1、负责团队人才摸底：协助政委进行周期性人才盘点工作，组织输出团队人才现状与梯队建设，为部门负责人实现人岗匹配、人才合理运用提供客观依据，提升团队人岗适配度； 2、试用期员工关怀跟进：根据试用期管理sop，开展试用期员工管理工作，包含新人融入、新人跟进、试用期过程管理，辨析问题归属并协同政委落地整改，提升新人留存率与试用期培养质量； 3、组织访谈：进行日常的面对面沟通，发现团队管理、人员状态、协作配合等层面的问题，推动员工问题整改和闭环，持续优化团队的整体氛围； 4、负责团队KPI目标管理：组织团队进行目标拆解、过程跟进、落地监督与绩效复盘流程，通过周会等及时发现目标执行不到位、落地偏差的问题，保障团队工作目标有序落地； 5、定期同步机制：根据周会机制运行人力周会，周期性输出人员管理、基础人力资源情况、团队状态分析，为部门负责人及政委提供决策依据。 6、员工关怀：负责开展团队关怀、氛围打造与组织文化建设工作，丰富团队活动与员工关怀形式，增强员工归属感、幸福感与团队凝聚力，夯实组织文化基础。

1、大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理、心理学等相关专业优先，不限专业，具备相关人事工作经验者优先； 2、具备3-5年人事/HRBP相关工作经验； 3、具备基础人力数据分析、问题复盘，能够独立完成团队人才管理、组织氛围治理及日常人力专项工作； 4、熟悉人才盘点、组织诊断、试用期管理、绩效管理、员工关系、组织文化建设等核心模块知识。
