1.供应商全生命周期与风险治理 搭建供应商全生命周期管理（准入-绩效-改进-退出），制定年度质量目标与改进路线图，推动联合改善与能力共建。 建立供应商开发与评估机制，实施分级分类与动态名录管控，对重大风险供应商实施一票否决与退出。 监督供应商建立并维护质量管理体系（如HACCP/ISO22000/ISO9001），开展现场审核/联合审核/驻厂检验等强化措施。 建立供应商质量监控与改进机制，监控IQC合格率、PPM等关键指标，开展趋势分析与改善闭环，降低来料风险与损耗。 评估供应商质量风险，制定风险应对策略（如驻厂检验），并落地执行与复盘优化。 2.抽检与飞检策略 建立供应商分级与飞检策略（含频次、样本量、重点项），策划区域/品类专项飞检与突击检查，输出改进要求与复核计划。 设计全链路抽检策略，以风险与成本平衡抽检覆盖，推动免检/放宽检的条件化机制与退出规则。 构建抽检-预警-处置闭环机制，建立风险库与预警阈值，对连续不合格实施加严检验与趋势分析。 3.原料准入与追溯合规 制定原料准入与禁限用清单，明确产地/工艺/供应商准入边界与审查要点。 对关键原料实施产地/工艺/批次追溯与前置风险布防（如变更审批、前置验证、专项抽检）。 建立上游变更管理流程（工艺、产地、配方、关键设备、供应链切换等），实施风险评估—审批—验证—放行闭环。 4.备案合规与监管联动 建立备案分级与动态复核机制，对上游实施准入与持续合规管理，形成可追溯合规链。 与监管/第三方建立常态化沟通与联动机制，统筹政府/第三方抽检对接、样品管理、报告跟踪与整改验证。 输出年度抽检白皮书与改进策略，支撑年度质量目标与资源配置决策。

1.本科及以上（食品/质量/管理类），具备战略与组织推动能力。 2.8年以上质量管理经验，具备供应商全生命周期/风险治理与全国级项目经验。 3.能构建质量与合规治理框架，将法规/体系/业务一体化落地与迭代。 4.善用数据驱动决策与风险评估模型；具备机制/标准/工具设计与复制能力。 5.具备领导力与变革管理能力；善于风险预判与前瞻性布局。
