任职资格： 1.具有5年以上设备维修管理经验，熟悉食品包材设备者优先； 2.熟练使用办公软件、CAD/PLC等设备绘图/编程工具，掌握设备成本核算、能耗管控及精益生产（5S/TPM）相关方法； 3.具备扎实的机械、电气、自动化等专业知识； 4.熟悉设备维修流程和方法，掌握常见故障的诊断和处理技能； 5.具备一定的项目管理能力，能够组织实施设备改造和升级项目。
