职位职责： 1.需求对接与执行:对接营销、运营等部门,明确新品包材需求,统筹采购全流程,确保新品上市前包材按时足量交付。 2.市场与策略:跟踪包装材料行业动态(如新材料、价格趋势),结合新品定位制定采购策略,输出市场分析建议,支撑采购决 策。 3.供应商管理:开发/筛选包装材料供应商,通过验厂、比价、样品测试确定合作方,主导价格、账期、交付等条款谈判,定期评估 供应商绩效。 4.成本与质量管控:在确保包材符合食品安全标准前提下,通过比价、集中采购等方式控制成本;全程把控质量,处理异常问题。 5.跨部门协同:联动研发、营销、运营等部门,解决包材适配性问题;快速响应突发状况(如断供、延迟),保障新品上市节奏。 6.合规与操守:遵守食品安全法规及公司采购制度,确保资质合规、流程透明,杜绝利益输送。 任职要求： 1.经验:8年及以上采购经验,含3年+包装材料/连锁餐饮/集团化公司司包材采购经验,有新品落地项目实操案例优先。 2.学历与专业:本科及以上学历,包装工程、印刷技术、供应链管理等相关专业优先 3.能力:熟悉包装材料特性及行业趋势,具备供应商谈判、成本分析、跨部门协同及问题解决能力;能适应短期出差(月均1-2 次)。 4.素质:责任心强,抗压性好,诚信廉洁,遵守职业操守。
