工作职责： 1. 产品品质改善与工艺优化： 质量攻关：联合品控部开展质量攻关项目，如第二保质期测试，保质期延长等品质改善项目工艺标准化；协同研发与品控部门，优化；并固化关键工艺参数，推动标准化作业（SOP）的持续迭代，确保产品一致性与稳定性。 2. 设备技术改进与效率提升： 设备综合效率提升：主导全员生产维护体系的落地，建立设备日常点检、预防性维护与故障快速响应机制。通过减少非计划停机、设备缺陷改善、提升运行速度，系统性提升核心产线的，设备优化：降低劳动强度，提升人均效率。 3. 成本节约项目与降本增效： 浪费识别与消除：系统识别并消除生产全流程中的七大浪费，重点聚焦原料损耗、能源消耗（水、电、气）、包材浪费及在制品库存积压；成本改善项目：每年主导3-5个跨部门成本节约项目，设定明确的降本目标，通过工艺优化、物料替代、效率提升等方式实现可量化的财务收益。 4. 精益项目与持续改善体系： 精益体系搭建：产线平衡，布局优化，换产时间，异常停机时间减少，物料流转优化，改善活动组织：策划并主导精益改善周、全员改善提案等活动，设定清晰的改善目标，并跟踪改善成果的固化与横向推广。

任职资格： 1.教育背景 本科及以上学历，食品科学与工程、工业工程等相关专业优先。 2.工作经验 5年以上食品制造业工作经验，其中至少3年精益生产或持续改善经理/主管岗位经验，有主导过从0到1搭建精益体系，或成功推动多个重大改善项目的实战案例，有净菜行业研发或精益工作经验的优先考虑。 3.专业技能 精通精益生产核心工具、食品专业知识、具备项目管理能力，能独立策划并推动跨部门项目、数据分析能力、沟通和培训能力 4.核心素质 结果导向：对数据敏感，能清晰量化改善成果、系统思维：能从全局视角审视问题，而非局限于单一环节、沟通影响力：具备出色的跨部门协调与推动能力，能有效影响他人、抗压能力：能适应快节奏的食品生产环境，应对突发事件。
