工作内容： 1.承接整合营销关于产品活动的SOP输出及落地执行，将活动内容及需执行内容转训给到相关的门店及人员，保障活动如期进行 2.负责联名活动内容的梳理，与PAPR的对接与沟通，进行联名活动的透传及相关任务的设置，降低活动舆情风险的同时落地联名活动 3.跟进营销活动执行效果，结合门店/运营反馈的共性问题，进行分析及优化，持续提升活动落地执行的标准性及准确度。 4. 能够独立梳理整合营销产品活动流程，拆解活动规则、执行节点及核心要求，熟练完成活动SOP文档的撰写、优化与输出

1. 本科及以上学历，1年及以上营销运营、活动执行、终端培训、品牌活动落地相关工作经验，有门店营销、品牌联名活动、SOP标准化落地经验者优先 2. 具备优秀的内容转化与培训表达能力，可将专业、复杂的营销活动内容、执行规范，转化为门店及一线人员易懂、可执行的内容 3. 熟练掌握品牌联名活动的梳理逻辑，能够独立与跨部门完成日常沟通、需求同步、问题对接等工作 4. 熟练使用Office办公软件，擅长PPT、Excel、Word等工具，可独立撰写标准化SOP、培训课件、活动复盘报告、工作总结等文档。 5. 认同企业文化，愿意与企业一同发展，价值感强
