工作职责： 1. 根据公司合格供应商名录维护供应商营业执照、生产许可证、型式检测报告等各类资质文件，确保所有在供供应商资质持续合法有效。 2. 制定所负责供应商年度审核计划和月度抽检计划，组织实施供应商飞行审核、到厂原料和到仓原料检查。监督供应商质量体系持续有效运行，确保产品符合公司标准与法规要求，保障年度质量绩效目标全面达成。 3. 负责供应商年度审核、飞行审核等不合格项的整改跟进工作，严格审批供应商提交的整改方案，跟进整改效果验证，确保所有不符合项按时、按质完成闭环，推动供应商质量管理能力持续提升。 4.负责新供应商/新产品中试、大货首次生产的现场过程审核与成品抽样验证工作，出具工厂审核报告，明确提出准入 / 放行建议，为供应商准入及新产品量产提供专业依据。 5. 负责处理原料不合格品、门店品质投诉和食品安全事件的快速响应与责任判定，组织供应商进行原因分析、制定整改措施并验证整改效果。降低同类问题重复发生率，持续提升产品品质稳定性。确保产品到仓、到店质量绩效目标达成。 6. 收集并审批供应商质量月度、季度质量分析报告，分析供应商质量表现趋势及整改落实情况，推动供应商自我管理及质量目标达成，持续提升供应商原料品质稳定性。 7. 全面参与中心专项项目的落地执行和整改验证。 任职资格： 1.大专及以上学历，食品相关专业。 2.3年以上相关品类生产企业质量管理或供应商质量管理相关经验。 3.掌握相关品类质量标准的专业知识，产品的生产工艺与质量关键控制点； 4. 熟知 ISO22000、HACCP、BRC 等食品管理体系要求； 5. 掌握国内食品安全相关法律法规、标准。 6. 具备识别质量异常的能力； 7. 具备沟通协调供应商质量改善的能力。
