工作职责： 1.对接国家食品安全法规、行业标准及客户合规要求，定期收集、更新并解读合规文件，确保产业链质量合规运营无漏洞。 2.建立并运行质量风险预警机制，识别、评估全链路质量风险（原料、制程、成品等），输出风险评估报告，确保重大质量风险可控。 3.统筹各工厂实验室的规划建设，规范检测设备、试剂及人员操作标准，确保实验室布局合理、配置达标。 4.建立检测能力比对与验证机制，组织各工厂实验室间的能力验证活动，确保检测数据准确、可靠、可追溯。 5.监控全链路质量数据（原料合格率、制程合格率、成品合格率、客诉率等），识别质量波动与趋势，输出质量数据分析报告。 6.建立并维护合规、风险、检测、改进相关的数据记录，确保记录完整、可追溯、随时可查。 任职资格： 1.教育水平：本科学历及以上，食品相关专业。 2.工作经验：3年以上食品/制造行业质量合规、实验室管理或质量改进相关工作经验。 3.知识技能：熟悉食品安全法规、质量风险管控方法、实验室管理要求。 4.能力要求：具备较强的沟通协调能力。
