O Grupo Acelerador, referência nacional em educação empreendedora, programas imersivos e experiências de aprendizagem de alto impacto, está em busca de um(a) Analista de Relacionamento para atuar na jornada dos nossos alunos e membros, do momento da matrícula até depois de cada experiência.

Procuramos alguém que entenda que relacionamento vai muito além de responder uma mensagem.

Essa pessoa precisa ter organização, boa comunicação, senso de urgência e olhar analítico, sendo capaz de transformar demandas operacionais em experiências positivas e garantir que cada aluno saiba o que precisa fazer, se sinta seguro na jornada e perceba valor em cada contato com o Grupo.

A rotina envolve atendimento pelos canais oficiais, controle de matrículas e turmas, credenciamento e suporte em imersões e eventos presenciais, acompanhamento de indicadores de satisfação e trabalho próximo de diversas áreas do Grupo Acelerador.

🧭 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

  • Atender e se relacionar com os alunos a partir da matrícula, garantindo uma jornada clara e acolhedora;
  • Gerenciar a comunicação pelos canais oficiais da área, como WhatsApp e telefone, incluindo os grupos oficiais de alunos;
  • Acompanhar matrículas, inscrições, confirmações de presença e controle de vagas das turmas;
  • Atuar no credenciamento e no suporte operacional de imersões presenciais, Giants Experience e eventos de entrada;
  • Apoiar o planejamento e a execução das atividades de pré, durante e pós-evento;
  • Acompanhar a jornada do aluno, identificando dúvidas, necessidades e pontos de atenção;
  • Fazer a interface com outras áreas do Grupo Acelerador para direcionar e resolver demandas;
  • Acompanhar feedbacks e indicadores de satisfação dos alunos;
  • Manter controles, informações e sistemas atualizados, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos.

📍O que esperamos de você:

  • Experiência com atendimento, relacionamento com clientes ou experiência do cliente;
  • Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Organização para lidar com várias demandas ao mesmo tempo e mudanças de prioridade;
  • Capacidade de análise e senso crítico;
  • Facilidade para aprender e usar diferentes ferramentas e sistemas;
  • Boa capacidade de relacionamento e trabalho em equipe.
