Achtung! Alive macht Kommunikation erlebbar – im digitalen Raum genauso wie in der realen Welt. Wir verbinden innovativen Content und Social Media mit PR und echten Markenerlebnissen. Dabei beschäftigen wir uns intensiv mit jungen Zielgruppen und Communities, ihren Lebenswelten und den Trends, die sie bewegen – von Musik und Festivals über Gaming bis hin zu Mobilität und Gesundheit. Werde Teil unserer jungen, wachsenden Agentur in Köln, in der du dich, deine Ideen und deine Fähigkeiten bestens einbringen kannst.

Dein Job bei uns:

  • Als Account Manager bei Achtung! Alive führst und berätst du deine Kund*innen und treibst die strategische Weiterentwicklung spannender Marken und Projekte proaktiv voran.
  • Du entwickelst, planst und realisierst Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und erlebbare Kampagnen in den Bereichen PR, Content, Social Media und Experiential.
  • Du steuerst komplexe Kampagnen und Projekte, setzt die richtigen Prioritäten und sorgst gemeinsam mit Strategie, Kreation, Social-Media-Expert*innen und weiteren Spezialist*innen für reibungslose Abläufe.
  • Du behältst Timings, Budgets und die Qualität deiner Projekte im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass aus guten Ideen erfolgreiche Kommunikation wird.

Wir haben ein Match, wenn Folgendes auf dich zutrifft:

  • Du bringst mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in Kommunikation oder Marketing mit, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld.
  • Du bist beratungsstark, präsentationssicher und trittst gegenüber Kund*innen souverän und überzeugend auf.
  • Du hast große Lust darauf, spannende Kund*innen proaktiv zu beraten, Marken kommunikativ weiterzuentwickeln und unterschiedlichste Projekte aktiv zu steuern.
  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in den Bereichen PR, Content Marketing, Experiential und/oder Digital mit.
  • Du steuerst Projekte souverän und strukturiert, behältst auch bei komplexeren Aufgaben den Überblick und bringst eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit.
  • Du bist offen für die zahlreichen Weiterentwicklungsangebote und das ausführliche Onboarding, die wir dir bei Achtung! anbieten.
  • Du hast Lust auf kurze Entscheidungswege und ein Arbeitsumfeld mit Vertrauen und Selbstverantwortung.
