Dabei beschäftigen wir uns intensiv mit jungen Zielgruppen und Communities, ihren Lebenswelten und den Trends, die sie bewegen – von Musik und Festivals über Gaming bis hin zu Mobilität und Gesundheit. Werde Teil unserer jungen, wachsenden Agentur in Köln, in der du dich, deine Ideen und deine Fähigkeiten bestens einbringen kannst.

Dein Job bei uns:

  • Als Trainee im Account- und Projektmanagementmanagement bei Achtung! Alive erlebst du in 15 Monaten, wie aus Ideen große Kampagnen werden – und lernst, sie von der ersten Konzeptphase bis zur Umsetzung zu begleiten.
  • Du unterstützt dein Team bei der Planung, Organisation und Steuerung von crossmedialen Kampagnen und Projekten – von Social Media bis Live-Kommunikation.
  • Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf, koordinierst interne Teams und externe Partner*innen und behältst Timings, Budgets und Qualität im Blick.
  • Du bist dabei, wenn kreative Ideen zu echten Markenerlebnissen werden, und lernst, wie aus Konzepten Projekte werden, die Menschen erreichen und bewegen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Strateg*innen, Kreativen, Social-Media-Expert*innen und Berater*innen zusammen und übernimmst mit der Zeit mehr Verantwortung in eigenen Projekten.

Wir haben ein Match, wenn Folgendes auf dich zutrifft:

  • Du bringst erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten mit – idealerweise im Projektmanagement, Marketing oder Eventbereich.
  • Du bist organisiert, verantwortungsbewusst und hast Spaß daran, Dinge ins Rollen zu bringen und zu strukturieren.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, arbeitest gerne im Team und bewahrst auch in stressigen Phasen einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Du bist neugierig auf neue Technologien, Kommunikationsformen und Kanäle – und hast Lust, diese in Projekten umzusetzen.
  • Teamplay, Hilfsbereitschaft, Wertschätzung und Toleranz sind für dich keine Worthülsen, sondern gelebte Kultur.
  • Du hast Lust auf kurze Entscheidungswege und ein Arbeitsumfeld mit Vertrauen und Selbstverantwortung.

Das Traineeship geht über 15 Monate und wird mit EUR 2.600,- monatlich vergütet, dazu kommen unsere Benefits wie Übernahme der Kosten für das ÖPNV-Ticket und die Mitgliedschaft bei Urban Sports.
