Dabei beschäftigen wir uns intensiv mit jungen Zielgruppen und Communities, ihren Lebenswelten und den Trends, die sie bewegen – von Musik und Festivals über Gaming bis hin zu Mobilität und Gesundheit. Dein Job bei uns:

  • Als Art Director / Motion Designer bei Achtung! Alive entwickelst und gestaltest du visuell starke Kampagnen, Markenauftritte und kreative Kommunikationsideen – von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Umsetzung.
  • Du konzipierst und gestaltest Kampagnen, Social-Media-Content und PR-Stunts für digitale, soziale und klassische Kanäle.
  • Du entwickelst starke visuelle Ideen und treibst gemeinsam mit deinem Team die kreative Weiterentwicklung unserer Marken und Kund*innen voran.
  • Du setzt Motion Design gezielt ein, um Ideen, Botschaften und Storys in Bewegung zu bringen und ihnen noch mehr Wirkung zu verleihen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Content Producer*innen, Strateg*innen und Berater*innen zusammen und bringst deine visuelle Expertise in interdisziplinäre Teams ein.
  • Du behältst Trends, neue Formate und technologische Entwicklungen im Blick und hast Lust, sie mutig in deine kreative Arbeit einfließen zu lassen.

Wir haben ein Match, wenn Folgendes auf dich zutrifft:

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung als Art Director oder Motion Designer in einer vergleichbaren kreativen Position mit, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld.
  • Du hast fundierte Erfahrung im Motion Design und weißt, wie du aus einer guten Idee eine starke Animation mit Konzept und Story machst.
  • Du bist erfahren in der Kreation von Social-Media- und Digital-Content und weißt insbesondere, wie Motion auf Instagram, TikTok & Co. funktioniert.
  • Du denkst nicht nur in Design, sondern auch in Ideen und Konzepten – und präsentierst deine Arbeiten souverän und mit Leidenschaft vor anspruchsvollen Markenentscheider*innen.
  • Dein Portfolio zeigt, dass du visuelles Kommunikationsverständnis, Konzeptstärke, Designqualität und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Motion vereinst.
  • Figma und die Adobe Creative Suite, insbesondere Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign und After Effects, gehören zu deinem täglichen Handwerkszeug.
  • KI ist für dich mehr als ein neues Tool – du setzt sie neugierig und selbstverständlich als Unterstützung in deinem kreativen Prozess ein.
  • Teamplay, Hilfsbereitschaft, Wertschätzung und Toleranz sind für dich keine Worthülsen, sondern gelebte Kultur.
