Bei Achtung! Mary entwickeln wir Kommunikation, die relevante Themen findet, Geschichten daraus macht und sie dorthin bringt, wo sie Wirkung entfalten – in klassischen Medien genauso wie auf digitalen Plattformen und in neuen KI-getriebenen Informationswelten.

Dein Job bei uns:

  • Als PR-Berater*inbei Achtung! Mary verantwortest du die Beratung deiner Kund*innen und übernimmst die Entwicklung, Planung sowie Realisierung crossmedialer PR-Kampagnen und Projekte.
  • Du entwickelst Themen mit Newswert und übernimmst die spezifische Platzierung in unterschiedlichen Medien und Kanälen.
  • Du erstellst Pressetexte und redaktionelle Inhalte für deine Kund*innen – eigenständig und gemeinsam mit unseren Redakteur*innen.
  • Du denkst PR ganzheitlich weiter: Neben klassischen Medien hast du LinkedIn und KI-gestützte Such- und Antwortsysteme im Blick. Du beschäftigst dich damit, wie Inhalte so aufbereitet werden, dass sie auch in einer zunehmend von LLMs, AI Search und GEO geprägten Informationswelt sichtbar und relevant bleiben.
  • Du nutzt KI-Tools selbstverständlich und sicher in deinem Arbeitsalltag – von Recherche und Analyse bis zur Ideen- und Contententwicklung. Dabei weißt du, wo KI sinnvoll unterstützt und wo menschliches Urteilsvermögen, journalistische Sorgfalt und ein kritischer Blick gefragt sind.
  • Du planst, koordinierst und betreust Presse-Events und PR-Stunts und arbeitest dabei eng mit unseren unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen zusammen.
  • Du baust dein Netzwerk zu Journalist*innenund weiteren relevantenMultiplikator*innen kontinuierlich aus, pflegst bestehende Kontakte und gehst aktiv auf neue Ansprechpartner*innen zu.
  • Das Projektmanagement und die Budgetkontrolle runden deinen Aufgabenbereich ab.

  • Du bringst relevante Erfahrung in der PR-Beratung mit und bewegst dich sicher zwischen klassischer Medienarbeit und digitalen Kanälen.
  • Du verstehst, was eine gute Geschichte ausmacht, erkennst journalistischen Newswert und weißt, wie Themen für Medien, LinkedIn und andere relevante Plattformen aufbereitet werden müssen.
  • KI, LLMs und neue Formen der Suche sind für dich keine Randthemen. Du setzt dich aktiv mit den Entwicklungen auseinander, probierst neue Tools aus und verstehst sie als wichtigen Bestandteil moderner Kommunikationsarbeit.
  • Dir liegt die proaktive Beratung von Kund*innen und du hast Spaß daran, gemeinsam die passende kommunikative Lösung zu finden.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und bewegst dich souverän im Austausch mit Kund*innen, Journalist*innen und anderen Multiplikator*innen.
  • Du kommunizierst im Arbeitsalltag souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du bringst gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft mit und hast Freude daran, Kund*innen, Medienpartner*innen und Teams auch persönlich vor Ort zu begleiten – zum Beispiel bei Terminen, Produktionen, Presse-Events oder Workshops.
  • Du bist offen für unsere zahlreichen Weiterentwicklungsangebote und das ausführliche Onboarding bei Achtung!
