eine*n Junior AI Creative Concept (m/w/d), der*die nicht nur gute Ideen erkennt, sondern selbst entwickelt. Du verbindest bei uns klassisches kreatives Denken mit den Möglichkeiten generativer KI. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem AI Creative Concept zusammen, lernst aus der Praxis und entwickelst dich in einer neuen, AI-gestützten Form der Kreativkonzeption weiter.

Dein Job bei uns

  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team kreative Ideen für Kampagnen, PR-Stunts, Storydoing, Social Media und kreative Aktivierungen – AI-First, schnell und mit echtem kulturellem Gespür
  • Du recherchierst Trends, gesellschaftliche Spannungsfelder sowie Marken- und Kundenkontexte und übersetzt sie in erste kreative Routen
  • Du nutzt LLMs als kreative Sparringspartner und lernst, mit System Prompts, strukturiertem Kontext und klaren Workflows schneller zu besseren Ideen zu kommen
  • Du bereitest unterschiedliche Denkansätze und erste Konzeptszenarien so auf, dass sie intern und in Kundenpräsentationen verständlich, relevant und überzeugend werden
  • Du visualisierst kreative Ideen schnell mit Tools wie Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney oder vergleichbaren Bild-Tools – damit aus einem Gedanken ein überzeugendes Ideen-Chart wird
  • Du bereitest deine Ideen klar und auf den Punkt auf – mit einer prägnanten Beschreibung und einem starken Visual, das die Idee schnell verständlich macht
  • Du übernimmst klar abgegrenzte Briefings eigenständig und unterstützt bei großen Pitches, strategischen Themen und neuen kreativen Formaten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem AI Creative Concept

Wir haben ein Match, wenn Folgendes auf dich zutrifft

  • Du entwickelst gerne eigene Ideen, kannst sie begründen und hast ein Gespür dafür, was sie relevant, überraschend und präsentierbar macht
  • Du kannst aus einem Briefing, einer Beobachtung oder einem Insight einen kreativen Gedanken entwickeln und konzeptionell weiterdenken
  • Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung in einer Agentur, in Kreation, Content, Social Media, Film, Design oder einer vergleichbaren kreativen Rolle gesammelt – etwa durch Praktika, Werkstudent*innen-Jobs, freie Projekte oder erste Berufserfahrung
  • Du hast Lust, LLMs und generative Bild-Tools konsequent in deinen kreativen Workflow zu integrieren
  • Du musst kein AI-Profi sein: Neugier, kreatives Denken und Lust aufs Ausprobieren sind uns wichtiger als Tool-Expertise
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und lernst schnell aus Feedback
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit – schriftlich wie mündlich
  • Du hast Lust auf kurze Entscheidungswege, Vertrauen, Selbstverantwortung und ein Umfeld, in dem du kreative AI-Methoden aktiv mitentwickelst
