岗位职责 1、独立承接客户项目，完成需求分析、方案设计、技术选型、研发实施、上线验收及持续迭代，推动项目高质量落地。 2、负责 Voice Agent 业务流程开发，完成模型调用、工具接入、Function Calling、MCP 及客户业务系统集成。 3、负责实时语音链路建设与效果优化，包括 ASR、TTS、VAD、音色复刻、降噪、打断及多轮对话，并支持视频理解与生成等多模态能力接入。 4、打通 OA、CRM、知识库、IM、呼叫中心等客户业务系统，并落实身份认证、权限控制与数据安全要求。 5、针对不同业务场景开展对话、RAG 及语音效果优化，建立可量化的评测、回归和持续迭代机制。 6、配合 Infra 团队完成模型部署和推理服务联调，参与 Docker、Kubernetes 环境部署及 GPU 推理性能问题排查。 7、驻场或远程支持客户调试、迭代与故障处置，沉淀可复用的通用组件、行业方案和交付最佳实践。

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，3 年以上研发经验，具备 B 端项目交付、定制开发或解决方案落地经验。 2、熟练掌握 Go、Python，熟悉 FastAPI、Flask 等常用开发框架，具备扎实的系统设计和工程化能力。 3、具备独立负责项目的能力，能够完成需求澄清、方案设计、任务拆解、风险识别、资源协调及上线验收。 4、实际交付过至少一个涉及模型部署的项目，使用过 Docker、Kubernetes，并参与过 GPU 推理服务部署，能够完成基础部署和常见问题排查。 5、具备大模型应用开发经验，理解 Function Calling、MCP、上下文管理及工具调用机制。 6、熟悉 Voice Agent 技术链路，掌握 ASR、TTS、VAD、流式音频处理和实时交互的工程接入方式，能够针对首包延迟、打断响应及通话稳定性进行优化。 7、熟悉主流大模型 API 和开源模型，能够综合模型能力、效果、成本、延迟及部署条件进行技术选型。 8、熟悉 RAG 全链路及 Milvus、Qdrant、Elasticsearch 等检索方案，能够完成知识库和检索增强能力建设。 9、具备良好的客户沟通、现场排障和跨团队协作能力，能够适应灵活驻场或出差。 加分项 1、有 MaaS 平台交付、自研或大规模模型接入经验。 2、有复杂 Voice Agent、多轮对话、工具调用或上下文管理项目经验。 3、有智能客服、语音助手、呼叫中心、数字人或实时音视频项目的完整落地经验。 4、熟悉 WebRTC、SIP、RTC、流媒体处理或呼叫中心系统集成。 5、有 CUDA、Triton、GPU 算子适配与优化、推理加速或国产 GPU 部署经验。 6、有金融、政企、制造、客服、营销等行业的完整项目落地案例。
