岗位定位 负责公司海外市场 SEO / GEO / organic growth 的 0-1 搭建，围绕 AI 产品的搜索发现、内容分发、页面收录和转化路径，建立长期可复用的自然增长入口。 你将负责 - 从 0-1 规划海外 SEO / GEO 增长策略，包括关键词地图、搜索意图分析、内容主题、页面结构和增长优先级。 - 研究 Google、YouTube、Reddit、TikTok、AI Search 等平台的搜索、推荐和收录机制，设计可被发现、可被引用、可转化的内容和页面资产。 - 结合产品形态规划可规模化收录的页面类型，例如 use case、tutorial、comparison、template / gallery、case study、developer guide 等，并推动内容生产和上线。 - 拆解海外 AI 产品、创作工具、开发者工具等相关竞品的内容策略、流量入口、关键词布局和平台分发方式。 - 与产品、内容、研发、增长团队协作，把产品能力、用户反馈、demo、社区问题转化为可持续增长资产。 - 建立 SEO / GEO 数据追踪机制，关注自然流量、页面收录、关键词排名、AI 引用、注册、激活、线索等指标。 - 基于 GA4、GSC、GTM、PostHog、Ahrefs、Semrush、Similarweb 等工具进行分析和复盘，持续优化内容结构和转化路径。

我们希望你 - 有海外 SEO / GEO / content growth 的 0-1 经验，参与过从策略到落地的完整过程。 - 理解搜索引擎、内容平台和 AI 搜索产品的分发逻辑，能把产品页面和内容资产设计成长期增长入口。 - 熟悉英文内容生产和海外用户搜索习惯，能判断页面结构、标题、内容角度是否自然可信。 - 有数据意识，能用 traffic、ranking、CTR、signup、activation、lead 等指标判断策略是否有效。 - 能和产品、研发、内容团队协作，推动页面、内容、数据追踪和迭代落地。 - 对 AI 工具、开发者工具、创作工具、SaaS 或 prosumer 产品有兴趣或相关经验。 加分项 - 做过 AI 产品、developer tool、creative tool、SaaS、PLG 产品的海外增长。 - 熟悉 Reddit、YouTube、GitHub、Hugging Face、Product Hunt、AI tool directory 等渠道。 - 有规模化页面、programmatic SEO、模板页、案例库、教程库、comparison page 经验。 - 有 AI Search / GEO 相关实践，能理解内容被 AI 产品引用和推荐的机制。
