岗位职责： 1.功能测试：根据产品与需求设计测试方案与用例，覆盖主流程、异常与权限等，推动缺陷闭环。 2.接口测试与接口自动化：对 HTTP/API 做契约、边界与回归验证，维护自动化用例并与 CI 集成。 3.UI 自动化：搭建并维护 Web 端核心路径的自动化，关注稳定性与可维护性。 4.性能测试：针对 API 与关键链路设计压测与容量场景，输出结论与优化建议。 5.质量协作：参与缺陷分析与根因定位，推动可测性与可观测性；善用 AI 与 AI 编程工具 提升脚本、用例与文档效率。

任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，3 年及以上测试或测试开发经验（高级可写 5 年+）。 2.扎实的功能测试能力，能独立拆解业务并设计可执行用例。 3.熟练接口测试与接口自动化（如 Python/Go 等常用栈），理解鉴权、限流、幂等等常见场景。 4.具备 UI 自动化实践经验（如 Playwright / Cypress / Selenium 等）。 5.有性能测试经验（如 JMeter、k6、Locust 等），能设计场景并解读结果。 6.对 AI 应用有基本理解（如异步任务、流式响应、非确定性输出等测试关注点）。 7.习惯使用 AI 编程工具辅助开发与测试，并具备基本代码审查意识，保证可维护性。 8.良好的沟通与跨团队协作能力。

加分项： B 端 SaaS、开放 API、计费/用量、多租户相关测试经验。 音视频、长任务或 Agent 类产品测试经验。 CI/CD、契约测试、Mock 与测试数据管理实践。
