1.设计以语音为核心、融合文本/视频等多模态信息的大模型结构与训练方法，提升语音理解、语音生成、语音交互中的知识迁移、时序建模、情感表达和真实场景鲁棒性； 2.构建语音大模型的数据体系与后训练技术，包括高质量语音数据生产、清洗、标注、合成、对齐、偏好数据构造、可扩展监督、强化学习、推理时优化和模型评估，形成数据驱动的模型迭代闭环； 3.面向高表现力内容创作赛道，设计高自然度、高情绪张力、可控音色/韵律/风格/角色表现的音频生成模型与创作工具，支撑配音、有声内容、角色语音、音乐及多场景声音创作； 4.面向 voice agent 赛道，探索实时、低延迟、可打断、可控且具备人格化表达的语音智能体技术，构建语音理解、对话决策、工具调用、语音生成和端到端评估体系。

1.人工智能、计算机、自动化、数学、信号处理、语音相关专业优先； 2.怀有科技改变世界的远大抱负，有志于投身语音大模型、多模态智能、生成式内容创作和 voice agent 等前沿方向； 3.具备扎实的数据结构、算法设计和工程实现能力，熟练掌握 Python/C++ 中的一种或多种，熟悉 PyTorch、TensorFlow 等深度学习框架以及分布式训练、推理优化和高性能计算体系； 4.有丰富的大模型、语音合成、语音识别、语音理解、语音生成、音乐生成、多模态理解与生成等项目经验，能够独立推动从数据、模型、训练、评估到上线迭代的完整闭环； 5.具备强大的 Infra 能力和经验，熟悉大规模数据管线、训练平台、分布式系统、实验管理、评估平台、模型服务、在线推理、成本优化和稳定性建设； 6.对语音本身有深入理解，熟悉声学建模、语音表征、音色、韵律、情感、说话人建模、音频 codec、低延迟流式语音交互、语音质量评估等关键技术； 7.责任心强，积极主动，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，能够在快速变化的研发环境中持续交付高质量结果； 8.熟悉 code agent、harness engineering、自动化评测、智能体辅助研发、数据/实验自动化等新的人机协同工作范式者优先；在大模型、语音、RL、voice agent 方向主导过高影响力项目，或有端到端项目经历、从 0 到 1 建设系统或团队经验者优先。
