1、本科或以上学历，人力资源管理、财务、统计学等相关专业优先 2、2年以上互联网、人工智能行业薪酬实操经验，有薪酬COE/薪酬策略经验或有0到1搭建薪酬分析相关经验者优先，具备300人以上规模企业的薪酬核算经历； 3、熟悉个税系统，社保公积金操作流程及地方政策，能独立处理缴纳、转移等事宜； 4、有员工落户、积分办理实操经验，熟悉申请流程与材料要求； 5、具备良好的数据分析能力报表制作能力，能够熟练运用Excel等办公软件； 6、严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力与保密意识，能承受一定的工作压力。
