1. 独立或协同承接 ToB 客户项目，完成需求澄清、方案设计、研发实施、系统联调、上线验收及持续迭代。 2. 负责客户侧 Web 应用、管理后台、配置平台和数据看板开发，兼顾产品交互、工程质量及交付效率。 3. 负责 AI 应用交互建设，包括对话、流式输出、文件处理、语音交互、工具调用及多模态内容展示。 4. 参与服务端业务开发及系统集成，对接 OA、CRM、知识库、IM 等客户系统，落实认证、权限和数据安全要求。 5. 配合算法及后端团队接入大模型、Function Calling、MCP、RAG、ASR、TTS 等能力，完成业务场景落地。 6. 负责客户现场或远程联调、部署、故障处理和验收支持，沉淀可复用组件、行业方案及交付规范。

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上前端或全栈研发经验，具备 ToB 项目交付、定制开发或解决方案落地经验。 2. 熟练掌握 JavaScript、TypeScript、HTML、CSS，以及 React、Vue 中至少一种主流前端技术栈，具备良好的组件设计和工程化能力。 3. 具备较强的前端产品及交互设计能力，能够独立完成复杂表单、配置平台、数据看板和 AI 对话界面开发。 4. 掌握 Go、Python、Node.js 中至少一种服务端语言，能够完成常规业务接口、数据库操作及第三方系统对接。 5. 了解大模型 API、流式输出、Function Calling、MCP 和 RAG，能够配合团队完成 AI 能力的产品化接入。 6. 使用过 Docker，了解 Kubernetes 基础概念，能够完成环境部署、系统联调和常见问题排查。 7. 具备独立推进项目的能力，能够处理需求变更、客户沟通、风险识别和跨团队协调，并适应驻场或出差。
