一句话定位：负责语音优先个人工作 Agent 的核心能力设计与演进，作为 Agent 能力 Owner，让 Agent 理解上下文、持续对话、调用工具并可靠完成真实任务。 岗位职责 1、作为 Agent 能力 Owner，从真实用户任务出发定义 Agent 的能力边界与演进方向，对“Agent 能否听懂、想清楚、可靠完成任务”整体负责 2、与语音交互体验团队深度配合，参与语音交互策略设计（唤醒、打断、澄清、追问与确认），将交互策略转化为 Agent 的任务理解与行为规则，确保语音体验与 Agent 能力一体设计 3、设计 Agent 的思考与行动机制：任务拆解与规划、上下文与记忆组织、工具调用与执行边界、失败恢复，支撑多轮任务的连续进行 4、主导 Agent 运行框架与质量体系：与工程团队共同设计状态管理、上下文注入、工具编排；建立任务集、评测标准、回归测试与线上质量分析，用数据驱动能力演进 5、定义 Agent 行为规则：何时直接回答、检索、追问、请求确认，让 Agent 行为可控、可解释、可预期 6、与模型、工程、客户端、设计团队协作推动方案落地，基于真实任务与失败案例持续改进 Agent 表现

任职要求 1、1–2 年产品经验，有人工智能、智能助手、对话、Agent 或效率工具经验 2、理解大语言模型的能力边界、上下文限制和输出不确定性 3、熟悉多轮对话、提示词、上下文管理、检索、记忆、工具调用等基本概念 4、能将复杂任务拆解为输入、状态、决策、行动、结果与异常处理 5、理解 Agent harness / Agent eval 等运行与评测机制，能与工程团队讨论方案 6、能通过任务集和数据分析判断 Agent 质量，而非只依赖主观体验 7、技术沟通能力强，能与算法和工程团队共同定义实现方案 8、学习能力强，对 AI / Agent 产品有强烈好奇心，能快速吸收新概念并推动能力从原型走向稳定 加分项 1、有 Agent 平台、智能编码助手、企业自动化或个人效率产品经验 2、有 Agent 评测、模型质量分析经验 3、有语音、多模态、会议相关产品经验 4、有从 0 到 1 建设 Agent 能力的经验 5、有全栈开发或工程能力，能使用原型工具、vibe coding 或基础开发快速验证想法
