1. 数据平台产品规划与建设： - 负责多模态数据平台的产品规划建设，围绕数据采集、加工、存储、治理、检索、分发、回流等环节建设统一的数据平台能力；推动业务数据与模型训练数据的生产、处理、治理与资产化。 - 负责数据生产流程的平台化设计，支持各业务组的数据处理与训练数据生产需求；抽象并设计统一的数据任务 pipeline，包括数据采集、清洗过滤、标签处理、数据转换、数据回流等核心环节；推动复杂数据处理流程的标准化、自动化与可配置化。 2. 数据治理与数据资产体系建设： - 建立统一的数据标准、元数据规范、标签体系及数据治理机制；推动业务数据与训练数据统一治理，提升数据复用效率与数据生产效率；协同算法、数据、平台研发团队建立数据质量评估与治理体系。 3. 跨团队需求协同与项目推进： - 深度对接算法、数据、平台研发及业务团队，理解模型训练与业务场景需求；协调研发资源推进平台能力建设与项目交付；识别并管理项目风险，推动复杂数据项目高质量落地；持续关注 AI Data Infra、Data Engine、多模态数据平台相关行业发展趋势。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数据相关专业优先； 2. 3 年以上数据平台型产品经理经验，有数据平台、中后台、数据治理相关经验优先；具备较强的逻辑分析能力、系统抽象能力与跨团队沟通能力； 3. 熟悉大模型/多模态模型的数据生产与训练链路；能独立完成复杂系统产品设计，并推动研发落地；对数据生命周期管理有较强认知； 4. 有 AI/大模型/多模态相关产品经验优先；有一定技术背景，能够理解数据链路与工程实现逻辑；有从 0 到 1 搭建平台型产品经验优先。
