1. 法务体系与风险管理：参与建立并持续完善公司法律风险管理体系，覆盖公司治理、业务运营、劳动用工、知识产权、数据合规等重点领域；识别业务中的重大法律风险，并推动相应制度、流程及风险控制措施落地。 2. 重大事项及争议解决支持：参与公司重大经营决策、重点项目及重要商业事项，为管理层和业务团队提供具有商业视角的法律意见；负责或协调处理诉讼、仲裁、投诉及其他重大争议事项，降低公司法律风险。 3. 合同管理与交易支持：负责公司日常及重大业务合同的起草、审核和谈判，包括算力服务协议、云服务合同、服务器采购及销售合同、IDC 租赁合同、技术服务及许可协议等；持续完善标准合同模板及合同管理流程，支持业务高效推进。 4. 业务合规与数据合规：负责公司业务合规及数据合规相关工作，重点关注个人信息保护、数据安全、跨境数据传输等事项，推动公司业务符合《个人信息保护法》《数据安全法》《网络安全法》及 GDPR 等相关法律法规要求。 5. 知识产权与商业秘密保护：负责公司专利、商标、著作权及商业秘密相关法律事务，协同业务及研发团队建立知识产权保护机制，处理知识产权申请、授权、许可及潜在侵权风险。 6. 投融资及公司治理支持：支持公司融资、股权激励、对外投资及其他资本运作事项，参与法律尽职调查、交易文件审核、协议谈判及交割；协助处理董事会、股东会及其他公司治理相关法律事务。 7. 海外业务法律支持：支持公司海外业务拓展，为欧美日韩及其他重点市场的合同、数据合规、出口管制、制裁合规等事项提供法律支持，并协同外部律师处理复杂跨境法律问题。

1. 法学本科及以上学历，硕士优先；持有法律职业资格证书（A 证），具备律师执业经历者优先。 2. 5 年以上法律相关工作经验，有互联网、AI、云计算、服务器、半导体或其他科技行业法务经验者优先。 3. 具备较强的合同审核、商务谈判及法律风险判断能力，能够独立支持业务部门处理复杂交易及法律问题。 4. 熟悉公司法、合同法、劳动用工、知识产权及数据合规等相关法律法规；有算力租赁、云服务、服务器采购、技术服务等相关业务经验者优先。 5. 了解中国数据合规法律体系，具备 GDPR、CCPA 等境外数据合规经验，或参与过数据出境、隐私合规项目者优先。 6. 有融资、股权激励、并购、IPO 或其他资本市场项目经验者优先。 7. 具备良好的英文工作能力，能够独立审阅英文合同及法律文件。 8. 具备较强的商业意识和业务理解能力，能够在控制法律风险的同时推动业务目标落地。
