我们需要你： 1.负责 MOSS 开源模型用户与 API 用户的日常社群运营，包括模型上线通知、用户答疑、话题策划、社群互动，提升用户活跃度、参与感和持续使用意愿。 2.持续关注用户在开源模型下载、部署、微调、推理以及 API 调用等过程中的问题与需求，收集并整理用户反馈、常见问题和典型使用场景，协助推动产品、文档与使用体验优化。 3.挖掘并维护核心开发者、开源模型用户及高价值 API 用户，持续发现优秀 Demo、开源项目、Use Case 和实际应用案例，并推动其在社区内外传播。 4.关注 GitHub、Hugging Face、技术社区及相关开发者生态中的用户讨论和行业动态，协助维护 MOSS 的开源社区影响力，促进用户贡献、讨论和交流。

职位要求： 1.有社区运营、开发者运营、开源社区运营相关经验。 2.对 AI 大模型及音视频相关应用场景有基础认知，对开源模型和开发者生态有兴趣，愿意主动体验和研究新的 AI 工具与模型。 3.有较强的用户意识和沟通能力，愿意深入与开发者、开源用户及 API 用户交流，能够从零散反馈中识别共性问题和真实需求。

加分项： 1.使用过 GitHub、Hugging Face 等开源模型或开发者平台，对模型下载、部署、推理、微调等基本流程有一定了解。 2.有 API、AI 工具、Vibe Coding 等经验，能够独立完成简单的产品体验或 Demo。
