主要职责 1、负责API平台及相关AI应用的整体产品体验设计，包括信息架构、交互流程和视觉设计。 2、负责数据可视化与Agent交互体验设计，让用量、日志、运行过程和结果产物清晰可读、可操作。 3、建设和维护设计token、组件库与页面状态规范，推动设计系统与前端组件一致演进。 4、使用前端和AI辅助工具快速验证并直接实现关键UI/UX；参与设计QA和上线迭代。 5、通过用户访谈、可用性测试和数据反馈持续优化开发者体验。

任职要求 1、有开发者工具、B端工作台、AI产品、复杂数据产品或创作工具的UI/UX设计经验。 2、有出色的视觉审美、产品sense和taste，能把“有能力”设计成“自然、清晰、克制、好用、精致”的体验。 3、擅长信息密度高、状态复杂的交互设计，不局限于营销页或静态页面设计。 4、具备扎实的HTML/CSS/JavaScript与现代前端基础，能使用 React等框架实现高质量交互界面。 5、有设计系统实践经验，能建立或维护设计token、组件库和设计到代码的协作机制。 6、熟悉AI时代的设计与开发协作方式，能使用AI工具提升探索、原型和实现迭代效率。
