你会做什么 1、负责 Discord 官方服务器的日常运营，包括频道维护、规则执行、新人引导 2、策划并执行社群活动（AMA、挑战赛、创作征集、节日活动等），提升活跃度和留存 3、与核心用户、内容创作者（Creator）保持日常沟通，建立关系，激发 UGC 内容产出 4、监测社群氛围，及时响应问题、处理纠纷、收集用户反馈并同步给产品/运营团队 5、跟踪社群数据（在线人数、发言量、活跃用户数、创作者贡献），输出运营周报和优化建议 6、关注海外同类社区的玩法和案例，持续迭代社群运营策略

我们希望你 1、是 Discord 的深度用户，熟悉服务器结构、Bot、角色权限、频道分类等玩法 2、性格外向、自来熟，能和不同背景的用户"打成一片"，擅长在文字聊天中调动气氛 3、英文沟通流利，能自然地用英文和海外用户聊天、写活动文案，不生硬 4、网感好，熟悉海外网络文化、梗、社区黑话，知道怎么和年轻人说话 5、有责任心，能及时响应社群消息，具备基础的冲突处理和情绪管理能力 6、对 AI / 游戏 / 出海产品 / 创作者领域有兴趣者优先

加分项 1、有 Discord 社群管理经验，或自己运营过任何海外社区（Reddit / Telegram / Twitter/X 等） 2、会使用 Discord Bot（MEE6 / Carl-bot / Dyno 等）配置自动化流程 3、有创作者资源或 KOL 对接经验
