1. 2B / 2C 商业化经营分析 支持公司 2B 项目制合作、API 商业化、企业客户收入、C 端订阅/会员/平台收入等业务模式的财务测算； 搭建不同业务线的收入预测模型，包括客户漏斗、合同金额、交付周期、回款节奏、续费复购、用户转化等指标； 对 2B 和 2C 业务分别建立收入、成本、毛利、费用和现金流分析模型； 定期复盘业务目标完成情况，分析收入偏差、毛利变化、成本波动和费用投入产出。

2. 成本、毛利率与项目盈亏管理 建立公司核心业务的成本归集和毛利率分析体系； 拆解模型推理成本、GPU/云资源成本、带宽成本、第三方服务成本、数据成本、售前交付成本、人力成本、渠道分成等； 支持重点客户、重点项目、PoC、定制化合作、API 调用、C 端订阅等场景的单项目/单客户/单产品盈亏测算； 协助业务团队进行报价、折扣、项目投入、渠道合作和资源投入决策。

3. 预算、滚动预测与经营管理 参与公司年度预算、季度预算、半年度经营预测及月度滚动预测； 建立收入、成本、费用、现金流、毛利率等核心指标的预算管理机制； 对预算执行情况进行跟踪，输出预实差异分析和改善建议； 支持管理层进行季度和半年度经营复盘，帮助公司形成可持续的经营管理节奏。

4. 业务财务BP支持 作为商业化、市场、销售、产品、研发团队的财务BP，参与重点业务决策； 支持商业化负责人和 CMO 评估渠道投放 ROI、客户获取成本、销售效率、回款周期、续费复购等指标； 推动业务部门建立数据化经营意识，让财务分析真正服务于业务增长和管理决策。

5. 公司财务与会计支撑 协助公司财务管理体系，包括核算口径、收入确认、成本归集、费用管理、预算管理、资金管理等。

1、本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融、经济、管理等相关专业优先； 2、8年以上财务、会计、经营分析、业务财务BP、商业财经或相关岗位经验； 3、既有公司财务/会计基础经验，也有业务财务、预算分析、经营分析或财务BP经验； 4、熟悉财务核算、收入确认、成本归集、预算管理、现金流管理和经营分析； 5、具备较强的财务建模能力，能独立搭建收入预测、成本拆解、毛利率测算、现金流预测和预算模型； 6、有 2B 项目制、企业服务、SaaS、云服务、API 平台、互联网订阅、AI 或科技公司经验优先； 7、能理解业务语言，能够和商业化、市场、销售、产品、研发团队高效沟通； 8、数据敏感、逻辑清晰、责任心强，能够适应创业公司快速变化和从0到1搭建体系的工作节奏。
