岗位定位 负责客户项目及内部产品的自动化测试、性能测试和质量交付。希望候选人具备较强的动手能力、问题拆解能力和交付意识，能够深度使用 AI 编程工具，完成测试方案、自动化脚本、模型压测、问题定位及验收交付。

岗位职责 1. 根据项目需求制定测试与交付方案，覆盖 Web、API、权限、异常、数据状态及核心业务流程。 2. 开发和维护接口、UI 及端到端自动化测试，完成测试数据构造、Mock、回归验证和 CI 集成。 3. 负责大模型及 AI 服务的性能测试与压测，验证并发能力、吞吐量、首包延迟、响应耗时、资源利用率、稳定性及容量上限。 4. 参与 Agent、异步任务、流式响应等复杂链路测试，验证状态流转、超时重试、结果一致性和日志链路。 5. 使用 AI 编程工具辅助用例设计、脚本开发、压测分析、日志排查和文档整理，并对生成结果进行校验。 6. 配合客户、产品和研发完成环境对接、性能瓶颈定位、缺陷闭环、验收支持及交付材料沉淀。

1. 0—3 年测试开发、自动化测试、性能测试或项目交付经验，优秀应届生亦可；学历不作为强门槛。 2. 熟悉 HTTP/API，能够使用 Python、JavaScript、TypeScript 或 Go 中至少一种语言编写测试及压测脚本。 3. 使用过 Playwright、Cypress、Selenium、pytest、Postman、Apifox、JMeter、k6 或 Locust 等任一工具。 4. 了解常见性能指标和压测方法，能够完成场景设计、数据分析、瓶颈定位及测试报告输出。 5. 具备良好的学习、沟通和问题推进能力，能够独立拆解需求并推动测试、定位和验收闭环。 6. 有 Codex、Claude Code、Cursor、ChatGPT 等 AI 工具的真实使用经验，能够说明如何借助 AI 完成交付任务。

加分项 1. 有大模型推理、AI 应用、开放 API、音视频、异步任务或流式服务压测经验。 2. 了解 GPU/NPU 利用率、显存、并发、吞吐量、首 Token 延迟（TTFT）及单 Token 延迟（TPOT）等指标。 3. 有测试平台、性能分析工具、CI/CD 集成、私有化项目测试或客户验收交付经验。
