岗位职责 1、设计基建：协助完善运营设计系统搭建，包括但不限于 VI 规范延展、关键视觉资产沉淀、设计模板化建设等； 2、日常物料：协作完成运营图、海报、社交媒体视觉、线下活动周边、B端展示材料等； 3、品牌&产品调研：参与竞品视觉分析、行业趋势研究，为设计策略提供洞察输入； 4、视频&动效：协助产品宣发视频的制作、AI视频、剪辑、交互动效、及部分产品功能演示的视频化呈现； 5、AIGC 探索：利用 AI 生图/生视频/Vibe Coding 工具提效创意产出，探索新的视觉表达可能；

岗位要求 1、视觉设计、品牌设计基础扎实，有良好的审美、排版、色彩、构图能力（占比较重）； 2、熟练使用 AE，能够承接并完成MG动画、交互动效等； 3、熟练使用 AI 工具（包括不限于codex、Libtv、Tapnow等），高效产出可用素材、生成产品展示或概念视频素材 4、熟练使用 Figma / PS / AI 等常规设计工具

加分项 1、有品牌视觉体系搭建、设计提效基建经验优先 2、具备AIGC、Vibe Coding 能力 3、具备产品宣发视频、AI视频落地经验。 4、有 3D 软件 基础（C4D / Blender / 3DS Max 等）
