【岗位职责】 1. 负责公司存储资源的日常管理与运营，定期盘点个人空间、项目空间和公共空间的容量使用情况。根据存储配额和治理规则，识别超额占用、长期未使用、重复存储、无明确负责人及可清理的数据目录。发起并跟进超额存储申报，推动相关负责人说明数据用途、所属项目、使用计划、保留期限及处理建议。 2. 协同算法负责人完成数据评估，推动相关数据按照评审结论进行删除、迁移、归档或合并至公共空间。 3. 负责公共数据资产的登记和台账维护，包括 Dataset、Model、Checkpoint、项目交付物等资产的名称、Owner、用途、规模、路径、权限和保留周期。 4. 推动个人工作区、项目共享区、公共资产区和临时缓存区的目录及使用规范落地，避免通过迁移方式规避个人配额。跟进存储任务的处理进度，对长期未响应、超期未处理和存在争议的问题进行升级反馈。 5. 协同基础设施团队建设存储容量看板、阈值告警、自动扫描、过期提醒及生命周期管理能力，逐步减少人工盘点和催办。 6. 定期输出存储治理周报或月报，统计容量使用、超额目录、释放容量、公共资产沉淀、闲置资产及治理完成情况。持续完善存储治理制度、操作流程、申报表单、资产卡片及相关知识库文档。

【任职要求】 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、数据科学、信息管理等相关专业优先。具备1年以上有数据资产目录、元数据管理、数据生命周期或资源成本治理经验。优秀应届生也可考虑。 2. 【硬性要求】：熟悉 Linux 文件目录、对象存储、共享存储、NAS或分布式存储等基础概念。能够理解 Dataset、Model、Checkpoint、中间结果、缓存文件等算法研发常见资产及其基本使用场景。熟悉 Python、Shell 或 SQL，能够完成基础的数据扫描、统计和自动化处理。了解对象存储、分布式文件系统、冷热分层、归档和备份策略。 3. 具备基础的数据分析能力，能够使用 Excel、飞书多维表格等工具进行统计和分析。工作细致、有责任心，能够持续跟进长期事项，对异常情况及时识别和升级。不机械执行清理任务，能够结合数据用途、业务价值、使用频率和存储成本进行判断和推动。 4. 具备较强的项目推进和跨团队沟通能力，能够协调算法、数据和基础设施团队共同完成治理任务。具备良好的数据整理和合规管理能力，能够将分散的信息转化为结构化、可追踪的资产记录。 5. 【加分项】：有 AI 大模型、机器学习、数据平台或算法研发团队支持经验。有 PB级数据、模型文件或大规模训练数据治理经验。
