岗位职责 1. 参与 MaaS 业务平台后端服务的开发、测试和维护，独立完成边界清晰的功能模块。 2. 参与模型能力的标准化接入，以及统一 API、流式响应和任务编排等能力建设。 3. 参与租户、应用、API Key、权限、配额和用量计量等平台功能开发。 4. 按照团队规范编写清晰、可测试、可维护的代码，并完善相关测试和技术文档。 5. 参与线上问题排查、性能优化和稳定性建设，在实践中不断提升工程能力。 6. 运用 AI Coding 工具辅助代码理解、编码、测试、调试和文档编写，并对生成结果进行检查和验证。

任职要求 1. 具有一年以上后端开发经验；具备良好项目或实习经验的优秀应届生亦可。 2. 熟悉 Go，能够独立完成常见后端功能的开发、测试和问题排查。 3. 熟悉 MySQL 或 PostgreSQL，了解 Redis 及常见消息队列的基本使用。 4. 具备 API 或微服务开发经验，理解常见接口设计和服务调用方式。 5. 了解分布式系统基本概念，具备良好的问题分析能力和持续学习能力。 6. 能够使用 Codex、Claude Code、Cursor 等至少一种 AI Coding 工具，合理描述任务、管理上下文、验证生成结果，并遵守数据安全规范。 7. 具备良好的沟通协作能力、责任意识和文档习惯，能够在指导下持续提升并推动任务落地。

加分项 1. 有 MaaS、AI 开放平台、API 平台或开发者平台相关项目或实习经验。 2. 有模型服务接入、封装或平台化实践经验。 3. 了解 vLLM、SGLang、Triton 等推理框架，或接触过模型部署、容器化和推理服务治理。
