1. 测试方案设计：根据版本与项目需求制定测试方案，覆盖 API、权限、异常、数据状态与核心业务流程，能读懂 Go 服务代码与接口契约，将网关路由规则、计费规则拆解为可执行的测试点； 2. 推理网关（AGW）测试：验证统一推理入口的路由正确性与插件协议适配，覆盖 SSE 流式响应（首包延迟、分帧完整性、中断重连）、WebSocket 实时会话（会话亲和、后端失联语义与会话重建）、长请求超时与滚动发布期间的连接排空行为； 3. MaaS 业务链路测试：验证 API Key 鉴权、额度校验、权限策略、安全护栏等横切逻辑，重点保障"计量 → Kafka 消息 → 计费 Worker → 账务落库"异步链路的最终一致性与对账正确性，能主动构造异常、重试、消息堆积等场景； 4. 性能测试与压测：负责大模型推理服务的性能验证，设计并发、吞吐量、首 Token 延迟（TTFT）、RTF、响应耗时分布、稳定性与容量上限等压测场景，结合 GPU 利用率、显存占用与网关侧指标定位瓶颈层级（网关 / 编排 / 推理运行时）； 5. 自动化体系建设：开发和维护接口与端到端自动化测试，完成测试数据构造、Mock（含 mock 推理后端）与回归验证，并集成至 GitLab CI 流水线； 6. AI 工具应用：深度使用 Codex、Claude Code、Cursor 等 AI 编程工具辅助用例设计、脚本开发、压测数据分析、日志排查与文档整理，并对 AI 生成结果进行独立校验，对交付质量负责； 7. 交付与闭环：配合客户、产品与研发完成环境对接、性能瓶颈定位、缺陷闭环与验收支持，沉淀测试用例集、压测报告、验收材料等交付文档。

1. 0—3 年测试开发、自动化测试、性能测试或项目交付经验，优秀应届生亦可，学历不作为强门槛； 2. 熟悉 HTTP/API 测试，能使用 Python、JavaScript/TypeScript 或 Go 中至少一种语言编写测试与压测脚本，能读懂 Go 代码者优先； 3. 使用过 Playwright、Cypress、pytest、Postman/Apifox、JMeter、k6、Locust 等任一测试或压测工具； 4. 了解常见性能指标与压测方法，能独立完成场景设计、压测执行、数据分析、瓶颈定位与报告输出； 5. 了解微服务常见中间件（MySQL、Redis、Kafka），能针对异步消息链路设计一致性验证方案； 6. 具备良好的学习、沟通与问题推进能力，能独立拆解需求并推动测试、定位与验收闭环； 7. 有 Codex、Claude Code、Cursor、ChatGPT 等 AI 工具的真实使用经验，面试时需能结合实例说明如何借助 AI 完成过一次完整交付。
