The posting

1. 负责 MaaS 业务平台后端服务的设计、开发和维护，持续提升系统的稳定性、扩展性与交付效率。 2. 参与模型能力的标准化接入，建设统一 API、流式响应以及任务编排与调度能力。 3. 参与租户、应用、API Key、权限、配额、限流和用量计量等平台治理能力建设。 4. 负责平台基础能力建设与性能优化，完善可观测性和稳定性保障体系。 5. 与产品、前端、算法及基础设施团队协作，推动模型能力从接入到上线交付。 6. 运用 AI Coding 工具辅助方案设计、编码、测试、调试和文档编写，并通过代码评审和自动化测试保证交付质量。

1. 具有三年以上后端开发经验，熟练使用 Go，能够编写清晰、可测试、可维护的生产级代码。 2. 具备生产级 API 或微服务开发经验，熟悉高可用设计与服务稳定性治理。 3. 熟悉 MySQL 或 PostgreSQL、Redis，以及至少一种消息队列或事件系统。 4. 具备分布式系统实践经验，能够处理并发、状态一致性、重复消费、任务补偿和故障恢复等问题。 5. 具备良好的线上问题排查能力，能够结合日志、指标和链路追踪定位问题。 6. 熟练使用 Codex、Claude Code、Cursor 等至少一种 AI Coding 工具，能够合理拆解任务、管理上下文、验证生成结果，并遵守数据安全规范。 7. 具备良好的沟通协作能力、责任意识和文档习惯，能够独立推动任务落地。

加分项 1. 有 MaaS、AI 开放平台、API 平台或开发者平台建设经验。 2. 有多种模型服务的接入、封装或平台化经验。 3. 了解 vLLM、SGLang、Triton 等推理框架，或具备模型部署、GPU 调度及推理服务治理经验。
