岗位描述 立足业务研发团队，负责业务基础设施、稳定性和研发效能建设。与 SRE 团队协作共建稳定性体系，通过通用组件、公共库、开发工具及 AI Coding 工作流，持续提升团队的交付效率与工程质量。

岗位职责 1、深入理解 model as service 等业务的技术架构和研发流程，识别稳定性、工程质量及研发效能问题并推动解决。 2、作为业务团队与 SRE 团队之间的技术桥梁，共建 SLO/SLI、监控告警、容量规划、故障响应、容灾演练等稳定性体系。 3、完善业务侧限流降级、超时重试、故障隔离、快速恢复和可观测性能力，保障核心链路稳定运行。 4、建设和维护通用组件、公共库及内部 SDK，覆盖模型调用、任务执行、日志监控、鉴权、配置和异常处理等场景。 5、建立公共库的接口设计、版本兼容、测试发布和文档规范，沉淀共性能力，减少重复开发。 6、优化研发全流程，建设项目脚手架、开发调试工具、自动化测试、CI/CD、灰度发布和回滚能力。 7、建设团队 Vibe Coding（AI 辅助研发）规范和优秀工作流，覆盖任务拆解、上下文组织、代码生成、测试验证、代码评审及安全检查。 8、将团队工程规范、架构约束和最佳实践沉淀为 Agent Rules、Skills、Prompt 模板及自动化工具，提升 AI 生成代码的质量与一致性。 9、建立研发效能度量体系，持续改善交付周期、发布质量、故障恢复效率、Agent 任务成功率和开发者体验。 10、推动工程规范、技术文档、内部培训和最佳实践落地，提升团队整体工程能力。

任职要求 1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，3 年以上服务端、基础架构、SRE 或研发效能相关经验。 2、熟练掌握 Go、Java、Python、TypeScript、Rust 中至少一种语言，具备扎实的系统设计和工程抽象能力。 3、熟悉分布式系统及常见基础组件，包括消息队列、缓存、数据库、对象存储和任务调度。 4、熟悉 Kubernetes、Docker、Linux 及云原生技术栈，具备线上问题定位和性能优化能力。 5、熟悉可观测性与稳定性建设，包括 Metrics、Logging、Tracing、告警及 SLO/SLI。 6、有通用组件、公共库、内部 SDK 或开发者工具建设经验，理解 API 设计、版本兼容、依赖管理和发布流程。 7、深度使用 AI Coding Agent，理解 Agent Rules、Skills、工具调用、上下文工程和任务拆解等方法。 8、具备较强的业务意识和平台产品意识，能够将业务问题沉淀为可复用的基础能力。 9、具备良好的沟通和推动能力，能够与业务、SRE 及基础架构团队高效协作。

加分项 1、有大模型、Video Agent、视频处理或 GPU 任务基础设施经验。 2、主导过团队级稳定性治理、研发效能或 Vibe Coding 体系建设。 3、有工作流引擎、分布式任务调度或模型推理平台经验。 4、有 MCP、Coding Agent、Skills、代码知识库或自动化评测体系建设经验。
