你会做什么 1、参与海外社媒账号的内容策划，结合平台趋势、热点 meme 和用户兴趣产出选题 2、负责短视频内容的制片执行，包括脚本梳理、拍摄现场统筹、道具/场景协调 3、完成后期剪辑（含字幕、配乐、节奏卡点、特效包装），输出符合平台调性的成片 4、跟踪内容数据（播放、互动、完播率），复盘并迭代内容方向 5、关注海外社媒热点、meme 文化和竞品动态，定期输出内容灵感库 6、协助团队探索 AIGC 工具在内容生产流程中的应用（如有相关经验）

我们希望你 1、对欧美流行文化、网络梗（meme）、青年文化有真实的了解和敏感度，能判断"什么内容在海外会火" 2、具备基础拍摄能力，懂构图、光线、机位，能独立完成或协调拍摄执行 3、熟练使用至少一款剪辑软件（Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut 等） 4、有内容 sense，对节奏、钩子、叙事结构有自己的判断 5、英文读写流利，能无障碍阅读英文社媒内容、抓取热点 6、自驱力强，能接受快节奏、多线程的内容生产环境 7、有自媒体运营经验 / 个人账号作品 / 成片作品集者优先

加分项 1、会使用 AIGC 工具（即梦 / Runway / Kling / Pika 等）辅助内容生产 2、有 3D 动画、动态图形（Motion Graphics）或配音能力 3、熟悉 TikTok / Instagram / YouTube 平台算法和内容生态 4、有留学背景或长期海外生活经历
