岗位职责： 1.负责 Video Agent 核心业务的架构设计与研发，推动视频理解、生成、编辑、检索等 AI 能力落地为完整产品。 2.设计并实现 Agent 工作流，包括任务规划、工具调用、多模型编排、长任务执行、状态管理及结果评估。 3.对接视频生成、视觉理解、语音、数字人等模型和第三方服务，建设稳定、可扩展的业务接入层。 4.深入理解用户创作场景，快速完成产品原型、业务验证和工程化交付，持续优化生成质量、交互体验与任务成功率。 5.负责复杂视频任务的异步处理、进度管理、失败恢复及资产管理，保障端到端链路的可靠性。 6.建设 Video Agent 的效果评估体系，结合离线评测、线上实验和用户反馈推动效果迭代。 7.与算法、产品、设计及基础设施团队协作，解决从模型能力到用户价值之间的工程问题。 8.参与技术方案评审和代码质量建设，指导团队成员完成复杂业务模块。

任职要求： 1.计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上服务端或 AI 应用研发经验。 2.熟练掌握 Python、Go、Java、TypeScript 中至少一种语言，具备扎实的系统设计和工程能力。 3.有复杂业务系统或 AI Agent 产品的实际研发经验，熟悉工具调用、Workflow、RAG、上下文管理等技术。 4.熟悉大模型及多模态模型的应用方式，理解 Prompt、结构化输出、模型评测和推理服务的基本原理。 5.熟悉视频处理链路及常用工具，如 FFmpeg、视频编解码、转码、抽帧、字幕与音视频合成。 6.熟悉分布式系统、消息队列、缓存、数据库和对象存储，能够设计长耗时、异步、高并发业务。 7.具备较强的产品意识，能够将不确定的模型能力转化为稳定、易用的产品功能。 8.具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够独立推进跨团队复杂项目。

加分项： 1.有视频生成、视频编辑、数字人或多模态 Agent 产品经验。 2.熟悉主流视频与多模态模型及其工程化接入。 3.有 Agent Framework、工作流引擎或模型网关建设经验。 4.有 AI 产品从 0 到 1 及规模化上线经验。 5.有开源项目、技术博客或相关论文成果。
