你会做什么 1、参与建设音视频生成模型的评测体系，覆盖动作能力、运镜能力、声画同步、画面稳定性和整体观感，设计动作评测任务，例如人物行走、跑跳、转身、交互、表情动作、多人运动、物体碰撞、复杂物理场景等，设计运镜评测任务，例如推拉摇移、跟拍、环绕、景别变化、主体保持、构图稳定、镜头节奏和空间连续性，评测声音与画面的配合，包括口型同步、动作音效、环境声、音乐氛围、空间感和事件时间点。 2、使用 Codex、Claude 等 AI 工具，高效共建评测体系，把评测想法快速转化为数据处理脚本、标注规范、评测任务和分析报告，参与搭建长期运行的自动化评测系统，支持模型版本回归、批量对比、异常发现、能力榜单和质量趋势追踪。 3、将人工观察、影视判断、主观偏好和自动化指标连接起来，为模型迭代提供更专业、更稳定的奖励信号，建设评测数据、标注规范和任务集，把“感觉怪”拆成可以复现、可以统计、可以追踪的问题。 4、参与主观评测、自动化指标、Arena 评测、A/B Test 等流程设计，对不同模型版本做能力对比，输出评测结论，帮助研发团队定位模型短板。 5、跟进图片生成、视频生成、音频生成、多模态生成方向的前沿评测方法，并把有效方法沉淀到内部流程中。

我们希望你 1、对图片生成、视频生成、音视频生成、多模态模型、影视语言或 AIGC 内容有兴趣。 2、对动作和镜头敏感，能看出走路漂移、身体结构异常、镜头跳变、主体丢失、空间关系错乱等问题。 3、对声音也有判断力，能识别口型不准、音效错位、环境声不合理、音乐节奏不贴画面等问题。 4、具备清晰的问题拆解能力，能把主观观感整理成评测维度、标注标准和分析报告。 5、做事细，审美在线，愿意反复看样例、找规律、归因问题。

加分项 1、有影视行业学习经历、项目经历或从业经历，例如导演、摄影、剪辑、动画、声音设计、后期制作、影视工业流程等相关方向。 2、熟悉 Codex、Claude、ChatGPT 等 AI 工具，并能用它们提升研究、分析、数据处理或工程效率。 3、有视频生成、计算机视觉、动画、影视制作、音频处理、TTS、ASR、数据标注或模型评测经验。 4、熟悉 Python，能做数据处理、脚本自动化、指标计算。
