Vi söker en erfaren och ödmjuk Engineering Manager konsult som vill leda genom förtroende, tydlighet och närvaro. Du brinner för att skapa förutsättningar för andra att lyckas och trivs i gränslandet mellan teknik, produkt och verksamhet. Tillsammans med utvecklare, QA, produktägare och arkitekter driver du fram robusta, skalbara och användarcentrerade lösningar – med fokus på hållbarhet över tid.

Som Engineering Manager får du en nyckelroll i att omsätta mål och strategier till välfungerande leveranser. Du arbetar nära dina team för att coacha, undanröja hinder och säkerställa att vi bygger rätt saker på rätt sätt. Ditt ledarskap är inlyssnande och förankrande: du bjuder in till dialog, samlar team och intressenter kring beslut, och säkerställer att förändringar är förankrade innan de genomförs. Du mäter hellre effekt än aktivitet och bygger kultur genom exempel, feedback och transparens.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har flerårig erfarenhet av att leda ingenjörsteam (t.ex. som Engineering Manager, Team Lead eller liknande).
  • Har bakgrund inom tech – som utvecklare/arkitekt eller i ledande roll på tech-bolag.
  • Leder med ödmjukhet: lyssnar aktivt, förankrar beslut, skapar delaktighet och driver kontinuerlig förbättring.
  • Är van att arbeta agilt i tvärfunktionella team och att balansera teknisk kvalitet, leveranstakt och affärsnytta.
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på engelska i tal och skrift; svenska är meriterande.

Meriterande erfarenheter:

  • Erfarenhet från produktnära eller tekniktunga miljöer.
  • Vana att arbeta i moderna utvecklings- och leveransmiljöer.
  • Samarbete med ledning och andra seniora intressenter kring mål, prioriteringar och roadmap.
  • Erfarenhet av organisationer där långsiktighet, kvalitet och användarnytta är centrala.
  • Bidragit till utveckling av arbetssätt, processer eller teamstruktur i växande organisationer.

Ditt uppdrag i praktiken:

  • Coacha och utveckla människor och team – mål, feedback, karriärvägar och välmående.
  • Säkerställa teknisk riktning tillsammans med arkitektur och produkt – från strategi till leverans.
  • Förankra beslut tvärfunktionellt och facilitera prioritering utifrån data och effekt.
  • Driva förbättringar inom kvalitet, flöde och säkerhet (t.ex. CI/CD, incidentprocess, SLO/SLI).
