Vi söker erfarna och ödmjuka IT-arkitekter som leder genom förtroende, tydlighet och närvaro. Du trivs i skärningen mellan verksamhet, arkitektur och utveckling och skapar förutsättningar för team att leverera robusta, skalbara och användarcentrerade lösningar över tid.

Tillsammans med utvecklare, QA, produktägare och andra arkitektroller driver du förändring som är väl förankrad och värdeskapande. Du fokuserar hellre på effekt än aktivitet och bidrar till en kultur präglad av samarbete, transparens och kontinuerlig förbättring.

Det agila arbetssättet är mer än en metod – det är en del av kulturen. Leveranser sker inkrementellt med nära dialoger med verksamhet och användare, för att säkerställa att lösningarna är ändamålsenliga, hållbara och långsiktigt relevanta.

Ditt uppdrag i praktiken

  • Coacha och stödja team genom hela livscykeln – från idé och design till leverans och förvaltning.
  • Säkerställa teknisk riktning och lösningsdesign för applikationer och integrationer i linje med målarkitektur, arkitekturprinciper och IT-säkerhet.
  • Förankra arkitekturella beslut tvärfunktionellt mellan verksamhet, utveckling och olika arkitekturdiscipliner.
  • Fånga och dokumentera funktionella och icke-funktionella krav, samt omsätta dem till tydliga arkitekturbeskrivningar och beslutsunderlag.
  • Driva förbättringar inom kvalitet, flöde, stabilitet och driftbarhet.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har flera års erfarenhet som IT- eller lösningsarkitekt med ansvar för lösningar som spänner över flera system.
  • Har erfarenhet av att arbeta i större organisationer eller komplexa IT-miljöer.
  • Har relevant akademisk utbildning inom IT, systemvetenskap eller ingenjörsområdet.
  • Leder med ödmjukhet genom att lyssna, förankra beslut och skapa delaktighet.
  • Är van att arbeta i agila, tvärfunktionella team och balansera teknisk kvalitet, leverans och verksamhetsnytta.
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande erfarenheter:

  • Ansvar för arkitekturleverabler i större initiativ eller projekt.
  • Erfarenhet av strukturerat arkitekturarbete och dokumentation.
  • Arbete i miljöer med höga krav på säkerhet, tillgänglighet och prestanda.
  • Certifieringar inom IT-arkitektur eller närliggande områden.
  • Erfarenhet av moderna plattformar, molnlösningar och DevOps-orienterade arbetssätt.
