Vi söker en erfaren Pythonutvecklare med stark teknisk kompetens och ett intresse för dataanalys, automatisering och utveckling av hållbara lösningar. Uppdraget är placerat i en verksamhet som befinner sig i en pågående teknisk förflyttning, där analys- och dataplattformar moderniseras för att möta framtida behov.

Syftet är att stärka organisationens analys- och utvecklingsförmåga genom moderna tekniska lösningar, effektivare arbetssätt och ökad kunskapsdelning. Du blir en del av ett initiativ som driver denna utveckling framåt, med fokus på teknik, struktur och långsiktigt värdeskapande.

Arbetet bedrivs i agila former och präglas av samarbete, tydliga mål och kontinuerliga förbättringar. Genom nära dialog med verksamhet och användare säkerställs att lösningarna är ändamålsenliga, robusta och hållbara över tid.

Om rollen

Som Pythonutvecklare arbetar du både hands-on med utveckling och som tekniskt stöd i organisationens fortsatta utvecklingsresa. Du är delaktig i att utveckla, vidareutveckla och kvalitetssäkra lösningar i Python och databasmiljöer, samt bidra till modernisering av befintliga lösningar.

Du samarbetar tätt med andra utvecklare och verksamhetsnära roller för att säkerställa att lösningarna uppfyller både tekniska och funktionella behov. Rollen kan även innefatta arbete med automatisering och förbättring av dataflöden och analysstöd.

Du trivs i teamarbete, är prestigelös och bidrar till ett öppet och inkluderande samarbetsklimat. Du är nyfiken, driven och delar gärna med dig av din kunskap, samtidigt som du tar ansvar och initiativ när det behövs.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har flera års erfarenhet av Pythonutveckling.
  • Har god vana av att arbeta med databaser och strukturerad data.
  • Är bekväm i komplexa systemmiljöer och med större datamängder.
  • Har erfarenhet av agila arbetssätt och samarbete i tvärfunktionella team.
  • Har förståelse för kvalitet, säkerhet, prestanda och långsiktighet i tekniska lösningar.
  • Är kommunikativ, samarbetsinriktad och delar gärna med dig av din kunskap.
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande erfarenheter:

  • Molnbaserade plattformar eller moderna driftmiljöer.
  • Automatiserade bygg- och leveransflöden.
  • Containerbaserade eller distribuerade system.
