Seleccionamos para formar parte del equipo fundador de Tesla en Uruguay, estarás en primera línea en la misión de acelerar la transición del mundo hacia la energía sostenible. Tu rol será fundamental para brindar de manera consistente una experiencia educativa, inmersiva y atractiva tanto a clientes actuales como potenciales, superando sus expectativas desde su primera visita al showroom hasta el momento de la entrega del vehículo. Tus responsabilidades incluirán acompañar a los clientes durante el proceso de exploración de los productos Tesla y facilitar una experiencia de venta y entrega fluida. Buscamos una persona enérgica, altamente organizada y comprometida, con una verdadera pasión por la energía sostenible y talento para generar experiencias excepcionales para los clientes. La persona seleccionada será responsable de recibir y atender a los visitantes que ingresen al showroom, generando un ambiente cordial y propicio para mantener conversaciones efectivas. Entusiasmar, informar y educar a clientes potenciales, a través de diferentes canales, sobre la oferta de productos Tesla. Contribuir a desarrollar y mantener una sólida cartera de oportunidades comerciales, recopilando información de clientes y coordinando pruebas de manejo para potenciales compradores. Brindar un servicio excepcional durante todo el ciclo de venta, incluyendo la educación del cliente, la preparación del vehículo y la gestión y finalización de la documentación correspondiente. Contribuir activamente al cumplimiento de los objetivos mensuales de ventas y entregas, alcanzando y superando los objetivos individuales de ventas y KPI. Demostrar un sólido conocimiento de los productos y servicios de Tesla y mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias relacionadas con los vehículos eléctricos (EV) y los incentivos disponibles a nivel local. Realizar otras tareas que sean asignadas de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio, incluyendo, entre otras, la entrega directa de vehículos en el domicilio de los clientes. Requisitos Más de 1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente y/o ventas, con antecedentes comprobables de cumplimiento y superación de objetivos. Pasión por la misión de Tesla y por sus innovaciones en la industria del transporte y la movilidad personal. Persona altamente organizada, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Dominio de Microsoft Office y herramientas CRM. Se requiere flexibilidad para trabajar en fines de semana, horarios nocturnos y feriados, dentro de un entorno de retail en horario de Shopping, con un contrato a término desde el 23/11/2026 al 28/02/2027 inclusive. Residencia en Punta del Este, Maldonado o zonas aledañas. Excluyente Licencia de conducir vigente y gusto por el manejo. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
