De komende tien jaar bepaalt AI het wat en hoe van organisaties. Data & AI spelen samen een cruciale rol. AE staat op de eerste rij om te bepalen hoe die transformatie er uit gaat zien. Onze klanten geven we een end-to-end aanpak: we bouwen de technologie, nemen de mensen er in mee en gaan voor strategische impact. Dat doen we met mensen die hun werk graag doen en er nog eens goed in zijn ook. Bij ons bepaal je zelf waar jouw skills het beste tot hun recht komen. Wij zoeken collega's die hun vak verstaan, die met goesting werken en meebouwen aan een verhaal waar ze ook zelf in geloven. Wij maken elkaar sterker.

Als AI Engineer bouw je AI-oplossingen van POC tot productie en denk je aan de integratie in bredere architecturen. Je weet wanneer AI zinvol is en maakt de juiste afwegingen. Je werkt iteratief, denkt mee met de business en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor wat je bouwt.

Wat is je focus?

  • Je slaagt erin om een klantenvraag door te vertalen naar een end-to-end oplossing, van proof of concept naar productie.
  • Je bouwt deze end-to-end oplossingen in Python, niet enkel in notebooks, ook in productie (docker, APIs, streams, terraform, etc.). MLOps is niet nieuw voor je.
  • Je kan AI-oplossingen inpluggen in de grotere (software/product) architecturen. Je weet wanneer en waar je hiervoor best gebruikt maakt van de bestaande Cloud technologieën (AWS, Azure).
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van de snel veranderende wereld van AI en gebruikt dit in het creatief oplossen van business uitdagingen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bouwt aan de AI capability van de oplossing. Je zorgt ervoor dat de gebouwde intelligentie kan geconsumeerd worden op een efficiënte en betrouwbare manier door eindgebruiker en product team.
  • Je adviseert op de te gebruiken tools in je toolbox. Je gebruikt AI/ML daar waar nodig en niet omdat het kan. Je kent en communiceert de afwegingen die dienen gemaakt te worden.
  • Je bouwt oplossingen iteratief. Je weet dat experimenteren deel is van de workflow en je snel zaken dient af te checken. Je bent curieus en innovatief in je denken en doen.
  • Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid kan én wil nemen.
  • Je kan aantonen dat je in staat bent om een AI oplossing uit te denken en op te bouwen.
  • Nederlands is onze voertaal. Je beheerst deze zowel mondeling als schriftelijk perfect.
