Je werkt aan trajecten waar business en technologie elkaar ontmoeten — van strategische toolselecties en procesoptimalisaties tot AI-implementaties waarbij jij de businesszijde bewaakt. Je helpt organisaties niet alleen om de juiste vragen te stellen, maar ook om knopen door te hakken in complexe multi stakeholder omgevingen. Dat doe je in projecten bij klanten — wisselend van context, constant uitdagend.

Wat is je focus?

  • Je vertrekt vanuit een concrete outcome en bepaalt mee de aanpak om die te realiseren — niet vanuit een standaardmethodologie, maar vanuit wat de situatie vraagt
  • Je analyseert organisatiecontext en bedrijfsprocessen, en maakt bewuste keuzes over diepgang en prioriteiten
  • Je faciliteert workshops en begeleid stakeholders in het maken van onderbouwde beslissingen — ook wanneer die beslissingen lastig zijn
  • Je ondersteunt AI-trajecten vanuit de businesszijde: je zorgt dat technologische keuzes aansluiten bij wat de organisatie écht nodig heeft
  • Je bewaakt de balans tussen grondigheid en pragmatiek, en schuift niet op naar analyseverlamming
  • Een organisatie begeleiden in de keuze van een nieuw ERP-systeem, met focus op business impact in plaats van features
  • De businesszijde opnemen in een AI-implementatie bij een financiële instelling: use cases afbakenen, stakeholders aligneren, adoptie begeleiden
  • Complexe beslissingen structureren in een digitale transformatie met meerdere businessdomeinen en IT-teams

Wie ben jij?

  • Een masterdiploma en een eerste ervaring in business analyse, consulting of een vergelijkbare rol
  • Analytisch én resultaatgericht denken: je verliest het doel niet uit het oog, ook niet in complexe trajecten
  • Sterke facilitatievaardigheden: je brengt mensen tot beslissingen, ook wanneer er spanning op tafel ligt
  • Duidelijke communicatie met diverse stakeholders — je vertaalt inhoud naar taal die beklijft
  • Affiniteit met hoe technologie — en AI ondertussen ook — waarde creëert voor organisaties
  • Vloeiend Nederlands in woord geschrift
