Wil jij mee vorm geven aan de cloudstrategie van bedrijven en hen begeleiden in een future-proof cloudomgeving? Bij AE werken we samen met klanten aan uitdagende digitale projecten. Als Cloud Platform Architect help je organisaties bij het ontwerpen en opzetten van robuuste en efficiënte platformen. Je zorgt voor een naadloze integratie tussen infrastructuur, softwarearchitectuur en DevOps-principes, zodat ontwikkelteams optimaal kunnen werken in de Cloud.

AI bij AE: wat dat voor jou betekent

AI-workloads stellen specifieke eisen aan cloudplatformen: LLM-integraties, observability voor probabilistische systemen. Als Cloud Platform Architect begrijp je die eisen en ontwerp je platformen die er klaar voor zijn; ook wanneer de AI-use cases nog in evolutie zijn. Je helpt klanten toekomstbestendig bouwen, ook op dat vlak.

Wat is jouw focus?

  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert cloudstrategieën die perfect aansluiten op de businessdoelstellingen van onze klanten.
  • Je helpt bij de opzet van een schaalbaar en veilig cloud native platform (Azure, Kubernetes, AWS), inclusief governance, networking en security.
  • Je definieert en implementeert referentiearchitecturen, CI/CD-pipelines en infrastructure-as-code-oplossingen.
  • Je adviseert over observability, beveiliging en kostenoptimalisatie in cloud-en on premise omgevingen.
  • Je begeleidt teams in hun adoptie van cloudtechnologieën en deelt je expertise om hen naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een passie voor Azure, Kubernetes en/of AWS, maar je plaatst het ook in een breder perspectief los van de het concrete platform.
  • Je hebt een sterke analytische mindset en een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je combineert kennis van infrastructuur (compute, storage, networking) met een goed begrip van softwarearchitectuur en DevOps-principes.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met concepten zoals CI/CD, GitOps en Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, ...).
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan technische concepten helder uitleggen aan verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je hebt ervaring met softwareontwikkeling en/of platform engineering in een cloud omgeving en kan teams hierin begeleiden.
  • Taalvaardig: Nederlands is onze voertaal, en jij beheerst deze zowel mondeling als schriftelijk perfect.
