Rejoignez le groupe AFNOR en tant qu'apprenti au sein du pôle relation et service clients chez Afnor Editions.

Le groupe de 1316 collaborateurs, 38 implantations dans le monde et 60 000 clients, conçoit des solutions fondées sur les normes volontaires, sources de progrès et de confiance depuis 1926.

AFNOR Editions est le distributeur officiel des normes volontaires en France. Il développe de nombreux outils et services dans le but d’ aider ses clients à accéder, comprendre et décrypter les normes et ainsi faciliter leur mise en œuvre.

Vos missions :

  • Accompagner les clients et les utilisateurs (traitement des réclamations)
  • Contribuer au lancement de nos nouvelles offres
  • Accompagner les clients dans le processus de commande sur la boutique en ligne (chat/mail)
  • Optimiser la satisfaction des clients (répondre dans les délais)
  • Traiter les demandes clients et prospects par tél, mail, chat en respectant un objectif de qualité et de réactivité
  • Qualifier des besoins prospects
  • Identifier et enregistrer dans le CRM les opportunités commerciales
  • Qualifier et enrichir les données clients dans le CRM
  • Soutenir l'activité commerciale en réalisant des actions proactives (tel, mails) pour générer des leads qualifiés
  • Contribuer au process de contractualisation

Le profil recherché

Vous suivez une formation de niveau BTS dans le domaine commercial et relation client (type NDRC)

Vous êtes curieux et motivé avec une capacité à vous adapter rapidement.

Rigoureux, organisé et réactif , vous possédez un excellent esprit d'équipe.

Informations complémentaires

  • Contrat d’apprentissage durée 24 mois
  • Poste basé à Saint-Denis, à proximité immédiate du RER B.
  • Rémunération selon la grille légale et le niveau d’étude.
