The posting

L'association AFNOR, recherche un(e) Responsable Qualité pour travailler sur les périmètres de la Normalisation et de l’Edition.

Missions : Vous aurez pour mission de concevoir et coordonner la démarche qualité de l'association, en assurant la cohérence à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise et de son environnement. Vous piloterez le système de management de la qualité dans une démarche d'amélioration continue et conseillerez les acteurs de l'entreprise.

Activités Principales :

  • Piloter le système qualité en définissant et mesurant des indicateurs de performance selon la norme ISO 9001 en vigueur
  • Suivre la satisfaction clients par la réalisation d'enquêtes, analyser les retours et opérer des recommandations
  • Réaliser des audits internes et externes, en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles.
  • Conseiller et accompagner les équipes sur les questions relatives aux systèmes de management
  • Piloter l'analyse des risques et préconiser des plans d'action.
  • Administrer la documentation qualité et assurer une veille réglementaire.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme Bac+5 (Ingénieur, Master) en Qualité, Management de projet ou Optimisation de process.
  • Expérience de minimum 5 ans dans le domaine de la qualité et en coordination de projet.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles, organisationnelles et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Dynamique, rigoureux, vous aimez travailler en transverses avec de multiples interlocuteurs

Informations complémentaires:

Le salaire est situé entre 45 et 50k€ brut annuel ( 13ème mois inclus)
